Mobile Deposits

All checks deposited through the mobile app must have the words “FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY” on the back of the check under the signature. (The U.S. Federal Reserve has changed their rules under Regulation CC.) For more information please see our Remote Deposit Capture Service Disclosure.

Visa® Debit Card

Every checking account at Community Choice Credit Union is issued a Visa® Debit Card that can be used at any ATM or merchant that accepts Visa.

Your Community Choice Visa® Debit Card is your ATM card and checkbook all rolled into one! Using your Visa® Debit Card is easier than writing a check and you’ll never need to show additional identification.

With our new Instant Issue feature, you can upload your own picture (yup, right from your phone) to be printed onto your Visa® Debit Card!

Ordering Checks

Checks can be easily re-ordered inside of online banking. Just log in. Click on “Check Reorder” and you’ll be prompted for your order details. Easy as UNbanking.

Overdraft Protection

Community Choice Credit Union knows that sometimes accidents happen. If you write a check, but have insufficient funds in your checking account to cover it, we offer overdraft protection that will automatically transfer money from your savings account to your checking account**.

Report A Lost or Stolen Card

Fraud prevention is a phone call away.

To report a lost or stolen Visa® Check Card, please call (515) 334-8100 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Outside of business hours, please call (515) 334-8100, option 3.
